History:
The production of OE-007039 started most likely during the last months of 2006 and was propably completed during April 2007 latest. Already in the begining of May 2007 OE-007039 was spotted in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The owner of OE-007039 is Her Majesty Crown Prince of Dubai, Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum (aka „Fazza the Third“). OE-007039 first presentation took place in the showroom of the Al Otaiba Group, at the time the offical representative of Koenigsegg in the United Arab Emirates together with OE-007041 at the opening of the dealership on the 11th of November in 2007. Another appearance of OE-007039 and OE-007041 took place at the 9th Middle East International Motor Show in Dubai and the enthusiasts cheered the two Koenigseggs. Just before spending the 2008 summer time in England, OE-007039 was seen again before leaving the U.A.E. OE-007039 was seen frequently during July and August 2008 along with other cars of the Royal Maktoum Family, like a Gemballa Mirage GT which has been spotted regularly in Dubai. After the summer 2008 in London, OE-007039 was never seen again. The Royal Maktoum Family has a car collection with about 1000 cars and it is said that OE-007039 is among them.

Exterior Look:
OE-007039 left the Koenigsegg car assembly plant in a snow white car paint which is accompanied with clear coated carbon front splitter and side sills as a very elegant contrast. OE-007039-CCX did not have a rear wing at first. Firstly delivered to His Majesty Crown Prince of Dubai, Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum on five-hole „telephone-dial“ rims, the wheels were soon exchanged with Dymag™ 11-spoke rims. After the change of wheels, a Top Gear Rear Wing was fitted to OE-007039. These were the only changes made to OE-007039 over the years. OE-007039 was the first Koenigsegg CCX to have left the factory in a car paint called Snow White.

Interior Fittings:
The interior of OE-007039 is mainly in a bright red, from center of the dashboard, leading down to the center console, the inside of the A-pillars and upper door panels and most of the seats as well as the back panel of the passenger cabin. The very left and very right parts of the dashboards are in black clear coated carbon. Black are the lower parts of the doors and some accents on the seats. The interior was never changed as far as information received.
