History:
007048-CCX was sold propably in 2008 to his first owner and stayed the first part of existence in Nevada, U.S.A. 007048-CCX was hardly seen during the first four years, however while being on sale in 2012 again spotted in Florida. The exclusive car dealership Naples Motorsports sold 007048-CCX during May 2013 at their location in Naples, Florida. Approximately two year later, during the summer of 2015, Naples Motorsport had 007048-CCX again on sale.

Exterior Look:
007048-CCX�s high performance carbon fiber / Kevlar body received only one car paint which is a complete black high-gloss coat of varnish, including the Top Gear Rear Wing, the front splitter and the side sills. 007048-CCX looks quite similar to 007044-CCX. To distinguish the two CCXs, have a look at these last three mentioned components which were finished in clear coated carbon on 007044-CCX and in black high-gloss coat of varnish on 007048-CCX. Very dark silver nine-spoke Dymag wheels with center locking were mounted on 007048-CCX and underline the elegancy of this high-gloss black beauty. Also the rear framing of the Venturi tunnel outlets, which placed at the right and left side of the licence plate holder, are painted also in a black high-gloss coat of varnish and not in clear coated carbon on 007044-CCX�s body. Underneath the rectancle licence plate holder with a black coloured frame - not silver coloured like on 007044-CCX -, follows the rear bumper, also painted in black high-gloss coat of varnish. And alike 007044-CCX, below the bumper of 007048-CCX a trapezoidal exhaust tailpipe is located in the very center, also with a very wide, silver coloured frame which is a protection of the rear body from the exhaust fumes coming from the powerful V8 engine. Model call out panels at both sides are painted in black high-gloss, and not like 007044-CCX in dark silver tinted carbon. The model name CCX is painted in a fresh, silver colour look and complete also the classical and sporty look of 007048-CCX.

Interior Fittings:
007048-CCX�s interior looks like the interior of 007044-CCX and therefore the interior has also a nice mix of fine, black leather with black Alcantara. Black leather is used for the center console around the aluminum parts like the radio and the telephone-control-panel and gear stick, just like 007044-CCX. Black leather is dominant, like in 007044-CCX, and is used for the seats headrests, backrest and seating area as well as the stabilizing edges of the seats, with black Alcantara inserts. Just like in 007044-CCX, the seats of 007048-CCX do not have the diamond shaped stitchings. For 007048-CCX we are able to describe the back panel as black Alcantara or black, fine leather - but we could not provide a definite information about the back panel upholstery used - but surely the back panel has diamond shaped stitichings and seams in black. The upper and lower parts of the doors are completely in fine, black leather and so are the A-pillars. The top of the dashboard is finished in black Alcantara and some clear coated carbon is used for the air ventilation air outlets whilst the framing is finished in aluminum. 007048-CCX has a passenger airbag which is mandatory for the U.S. registration.
